Comprehensive Support, Empowerment, and Resources for a Safer Future
Our Programs
In our community, the shadows of abuse cast a long and devastating darkness. Domestic violence and unhealthy relationship patterns erode the safety, well-being, and potential of individuals and families. These cycles can perpetuate through generations, leaving lasting scars and hindering the growth of a thriving community.

HerTestimony
Our mission is to offer safe transitional spaces and strong advocacy for women impacted by domestic violence, supporting them through every step of their healing journey
How Can We Help
Women of Refined Gold, Inc. was born from a place of resilience, faith, and the unshakable belief that every woman deserves to live free from fear and full of purpose. Our founder, T’sharin Moncrief, transformed her own story of survival into a mission to break the cycle of domestic violence for others. After enduring a decade of abuse, she rose from the ashes, determined to become a beacon of hope for those still finding their way.
Educate to Elevate:
We believe that knowledge is power. Through workshops, awareness campaigns, and training programs like Beauty Not Bruises and Purple Academy, we educate communities on the realities of abuse, teaching people to recognize the signs, break the silence, and foster healthy relationships.
Support for Survivors:
T’sharin’s journey from victim to victor inspires our work every day. We create safe spaces where survivors can rediscover their voices, share their stories, and reclaim their strength.
Building Safe Spaces:
At our WORG Safe Haven, we provide a refuge for women ready to rebuild their lives, offering transitional housing and a fresh start without judgment.
Youth Empowerment:
We are committed to breaking the cycle early by teaching young people the value of self-respect, healthy boundaries, and positive relationships, preparing them to stand against abuse.
Community Collaboration:
We partner with local leaders, businesses, and allies to create a united front against domestic violence, ensuring every survivor has a network of support.
